1 Introduction
Welcome to pk76. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pk76 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pk76 website located at pk76.ws and all associated products and services offered through it.
pk76 is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for Pakistani players. We offer sports betting with a primary focus on cricket, live casino games including baccarat and Teen Patti, crash games such as Aviator, fishing games, slot titles, and a comprehensive referral programme — all operating exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
By registering an account with pk76, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use pk76.
Important: These Terms are written in clear English and are intended to be straightforward to read. If any section is unclear to you, please contact pk76 support before registering. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of all terms below.
These Terms should be read alongside pk76's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk76 and are incorporated here by reference.

2 Eligibility
To register and use pk76 you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. pk76 does not permit registration or use by any person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the 18+ requirement cannot be confirmed.
- You must be a resident of Pakistan and accessing pk76 from within Pakistan. The platform is designed and operated for Pakistani players and is not intended for use by residents of other jurisdictions.
- You must be accessing pk76 for your own personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, syndicate betting, or use on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of pk76, nor a close family member of any such person, unless otherwise permitted in writing by pk76 management.
- You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded pk76 account under any name or identity.
Age Verification: pk76 may require documents such as a valid CNIC, passport copy, or other government-issued identification to verify your age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended and any balance held pending satisfactory completion of verification.
3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one active account on pk76 at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
When registering on pk76 you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pk76 cannot be held responsible for issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
Your pk76 account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk76 support immediately via live chat or email at support@pk76.ws.
pk76 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pk76 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on pk76 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees charged by pk76 on any transaction. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Easypaisa — Instant processing
- JazzCash — Instant processing
- NayaPay — Instant processing
- SadaPay — Instant processing
- Bank IBFT — Up to 2 hours processing
- Visa / Mastercard (Pakistani bank-issued cards) — Instant processing
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pk76, though individual payment providers may have their own transaction limits which apply independently of pk76's policies.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed by pk76 within one business hour of submission during business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM PKT). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business period. In practice, most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals reach the player's account within five minutes of processing initiation.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. pk76 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
pk76 charges no fees on any withdrawal transaction. However, individual payment providers may apply their own fees for receiving transfers — please consult your payment provider's terms for details. pk76 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
In cases where pk76 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is associated with fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity, we reserve the right to withhold processing of that transaction and to investigate the matter fully before taking further action, which may include reporting to relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
pk76 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral programme rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the specific conditions of each promotion. pk76 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Wagering requirements must be met using real money or bonus funds on eligible games. Certain games may contribute less than 100% of the staked amount toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
- Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus at any given time. If a player deposits without claiming a bonus, no bonus can be applied to that deposit retrospectively.
- pk76 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, pk76 will make reasonable efforts to notify players who have active bonus balances that are affected.
Referral Programme: The pk76 Refer a Friend programme is subject to its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. In general, referral bonuses are credited when the referred player completes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500 and are withdrawable without a wagering requirement. Lifetime commission payments are made monthly based on referred player activity.
Bonus Abuse: pk76 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated abuse using shared devices or IP addresses. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.

6 Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on pk76, including cricket, football, and other markets, are subject to the following general rules:
- Bets can only be placed using available real money balance in your pk76 account. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
- Once a bet is confirmed on pk76, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn unless the relevant market is explicitly offered with a cash-out feature and cash-out is available for that specific bet at the time of the request.
- pk76 publishes odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error — defined as odds that are clearly outside the range of reasonable market prices — pk76 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and to refund the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
- Bets on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or voided before the applicable minimum play period is completed will be refunded to the player's account as stake only.
- Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market and event. pk76 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts at any time without prior notice, including on individual player accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
- pk76 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was known to the player at the time the bet was placed, that match manipulation was involved, or that the bet was placed in connection with any form of fraud or cheating.
7 Casino & Games
All casino and gaming products on pk76, including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, Teen Patti, crash games, and fishing games, are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate using independently audited random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing from certified studios.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and casino games are set by the game providers and are publicly stated for each title. pk76 does not alter RTP settings and cannot be held responsible for individual session outcomes which will naturally deviate from theoretical RTP figures over short samples.
In the event of a technical failure, game error, or network interruption during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the game provider's standard void/recovery procedure. pk76 will communicate the outcome to the affected player and ensure that no funds are lost due to technical errors outside the player's control.
pk76 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice, including in cases where the provider reports technical issues, regulatory changes, or maintenance requirements.
8 Responsible Gaming
pk76 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive set of tools to help players maintain control of their activity on the platform. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost through the account settings area:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period of 24–72 hours when increased.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
- Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up displays showing your session duration and net position.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently block your account from accessing pk76. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.
pk76 does not market aggressively to players who have previously used responsible gaming tools or who have indicated that they are managing a gambling problem. We take our obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously and act on internal signals of problem gambling even where the player has not explicitly requested intervention.

9 Privacy & Data
pk76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pk76, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
pk76 uses the personal data you provide primarily to operate your account, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate promotions where you have opted in to receive them.
pk76 does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors and game providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested, and those parties are contractually bound to appropriate data protection standards.
10 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk76. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:
- Registering more than one account on pk76 under any name or combination of contact details
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point
- Using pk76 if you are under 18 years of age
- Allowing another person to use your pk76 account or using another person's account
- Attempting to exploit errors in odds, game mechanics, or software bugs to generate profit (commonly referred to as "advantage play" where it falls outside the normal scope of skill)
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with pk76 without express written permission
- Engaging in match manipulation, insider betting, or placing bets on events whose outcomes you have prior knowledge of through illegitimate means
- Engaging in money laundering or using pk76 as a mechanism to process funds derived from unlawful activity
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening pk76 staff or other players in any communication channel
- Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by pk76
11 Limitation of Liability
pk76 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to pk76, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk76's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk76 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits pk76's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12 Termination of Account
By the Player: You may close your pk76 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Where a real money balance is present in the account at the time of closure request, pk76 will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal terms, including any applicable identity verification requirements.
By pk76: pk76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to you.
Following account closure — whether initiated by you or by pk76 — these Terms continue to apply to any matter arising from activity that occurred prior to the closure date.
13 Changes to Terms
pk76 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and by displaying a notice on the pk76 website for a period of at least 7 days before the changes come into effect.
Your continued use of pk76 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using pk76 and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
The date shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
